Q How long will I have to wait for my item?
A We aim to post most items within 48hrs following payment.
Q What form of post do you use?
A We use 1st class post for our standard delivery method but there is an option at checkout to have your product by next day delivery if you choose.
Q What is your return policy?
A If you are not happy with the quality or standard of your item then we offer a full refund within 14 days of posting. The item must be complete with packaging. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.
Q Do you ship internationally?

Q What if I have made a mistake with my order?
A Please contact us asap. If we have not already dispatched your order we can amend the mistake.
Q What payment methods do you accept?
A We accept most major credit/debit cards through Paypal. We also accept Postal Ordersl and Personal Cheques.
Q How do I tell you what personalised details I would like on my item?
A All products have a shopping cart system that allows our customers to input the details they require on their item.
Q Do you give any discount for larger orders or ever have any special offers?
A We have multiple buy discounts for buying more than 1 of each item. From time to time we also have special discount codes. These discounts can be viewed on our Delivery page.
Q I'm on a budget and want to buy a few items. Can you provide a quote?
A Our shopping cart system adds up the cost of your order and will provide a total. Items can be easily removed and added to your cart. There is no obligation to buy once you have added them into your cart.
Q Do you take Telephone orders?
A Unfortunetly we don't take orders over the phone but we do have a telephone number for queries. Please see our Contact Us page for further information.
Q What occasions can your gifts be personalised for?
A You can personalise most of our gifts with any occasion and name. Full details are given on our product detail pages by clicking on the product.
Q Can I have a 6pk of your personalised Chocolate bars each with their own personalisation?
A This is something we don't normally do but please contact us for a quote.
Q Does your Chocolate have a best before date?
A All our Chocolate comes with approximately a 6 month best before date.
